Hire St Michael's Hall (Personal or family use)
ContactFor all enquiries and booking for St Michael's Hall please phone (03) 9728 2128. Hire conditions are listed below and a hall hire agreement form is available on request. Hall hire conditions and obligations of hirer· To pay the hiring charges in the manner and time agreed. · To leave the facility in a satisfactory and clean condition and if not to pay to the Parish a fee to have it made satisfactory. · To remove all rubbish. · Not to remove anything owned by the Parish from the facility. · To lift (not drag) anything moved within the facility and to return to its original position. · Not to use any exhibits or decorations in the facility without the prior agreement of the Parish Representative. · To do no damage to the facility, its furniture and furnishings, accessories or environs and to report to the Parish any loss of damage to property and to pay for its repair or replacement. · Not to permit smoking within the facility. · To switch off all lights, fans, heaters, air conditioners and other electrical equipment before vacating the facility. · To secure windows and doors on vacating the facility and return all keys to the Parish in the manner and at the time agreed. · To keep within the time agreed. · During the period of hire, to create no nuisance either by way of noise or otherwise so as to inconvenience adjoining owners or occupiers. · Not to carry out in or about the facility any illegal activity. · All use of Church facilities must comply with Diocesan and Community regulations. · The hirer is responsible for security of their guests and the building during the period of hire. the hirer agrees to restore the facilities to an agreed satisfactory state. · The hirer, is responsible for any damage, breakages, breach of security during the period of hire agreed upon. · An agreed deposit is to be paid upon signing of any agreement with the Church.
